I highly recommend Costanzo Law Firm. My experience with Lori has been very positive, she showed compassion and was available at all times. I have NEVER been in court with anyone ever. I had zero idea of how to even start this process. I know how I was treated at work was wrong... so I had to do something about it. My case began in the beginning of June when I was terminated in the middle of COVID. (Not Covid related) It was the scariest thing being an unemployed single mother in the middle of a global pandemic. I had no idea what to do, I know I couldn't just let this go.... so I cold called Costanzo law firm and they immediately put me in touch with Lori. Lori and I had a very detailed phone call. She actually listed to me and didn't make me feel like I just complaining. I told her everything, including the financial turmoil I was currently experiencing. Not only did she say she would take my case in that very same phone call.... but she agreed to do it pro-bono as I was in no position to throw thousands of dollars at her. She knew I needed help and was beyond stressed. Her cost was so reasonable and we both knew I had a very strong case. Walking away with nothing was never an option for her. For the next 6 months she worked diligently on my case communicating with the apposing council on my behalf and walking me through the decisions I had to make. Again, I was so ignorant to this process. Lori was patient, kind, responsive and always made herself available to me. She never made me feel like any question I asked was stupid or unnecessary and believe me, I had A LOT lol. She hit the ground running completely. I was so impressed! I also communicated with her staff quite frequently and everyone is so kind at that office. My case just recently settled and Lori made it to where we didn't even have to go to mediation. I didn't have to see met with anyone, nor sign anything in person, It was all virtual. I can honestly say... I am EXTREAMLY satisficed with the results!! I feel justice prevailed and god is good! Don’t consult this law firm, they are only for your money! Many other law firms are free but not this one. They charge a lot of money only to tell you they are not taking your case. In the consultation, they are not well prepared and very assertive with their own opinions without taking a good look at your case and listening to their clients. They laugh at you if you make little money. They don’t take your intake seriously and only want to charge your money! I feel they represent employer most of the time but not employees.

Lori and her staff are awesome! From day one when I talked to Lori she put my nerves and anxiety at ease. We were up against a big company, and lets just say it ended like David and Goliath.

I don’t really know too much about attorney and legal disputes. I know that, to be an attorney you have to be rock hard and stern. No games and the more prepared the client the better the chances of the right person winning their case. I had a great experience all in all with Lori and her two assistants. I know I was probably a hard case but I was able to feel comfortable enough to have her help. This is where I have already sent plenty of referrals to and will continue to do so. Warmest Expression
