DO NOT use this law firm modern family law has ripped us off for thousands and thousands of $$$ we hired this law firm to help us and they did not they only robbed out accounts and retainer. The bills from this law firm are criminal and should be investigated this law firm just charges you for services that you did not request and did a worthless job on my case. After 13 grand for doing nothing, they want additional 8 grand and when I asked them about the charges they did not have any answers!! I was being billed for services over & over this place was a NIGHTMARE! and put us in a hardship! do not go to this place they will literally ROB YOU! STAT FAR AWAY from modern family Law. You have (1) lawyer and they will bill you for (5) lawyer they are crooks ! stay far away if you know what is best for you. IF YOU have this law firm "GET OUT"! fast! they will ROB all your MONEY and make up charges, if you do not pay they will send you to collections. BUT they LIE ! LIE! LIE! to just ROB YOU so RUN FAST! MODERN FAMILY LAW are CRIMINALS!!!!!!!! RUN! I reported them to the state bar of California this law firm is terrible and unhelpful and do not care about your case of situation they just ROB you for everything you have. They should be ashamed to put people in hardships !

They called when expected and were very professional. However, if you want general information about processes, don’t call. It felt as if the second I told her I just wanted information rather than to hire, she was no longer interested. I would like a more compassionate and personable experience in what is already a difficult time.

I went in person to request a consultation and was promised to have some in person time with the Attorney. That was very appeasing to me because I was expecting to be asked to fill up forms after forms and wait few days. Well none of that. The same day, Mr. Scotty Storey in person sitting with me in the office's big conference room with all humbleness, discussing my situation and giving me different options and providing the pros and cons for each route. With all patience and assurance that I understand what he says. I was very amazed with the level of detail he went through. Not only he didn't charge anything for this consultation, he exercised no pressure at all and he added that I'm free to go and consult with other attorneys before making a decision. Man, that kind of confidence and assurance knocked me off my feet. With no hesitation, l highly recommend Mr Scotty Storey.
