We contacted Nick after our son was arrested. My wife googled attorneys in our area and started calling on a Sunday (New Years day) and Nick answered and after talking for a little while we decided to go with him to represent our son and we are glad we did. We met with Nick a few days later to discuss the case. Nick explained the process and what he recommended we do moving forwar. Communication is a big deal for us and Nick would respond to emails usually within the day and on the weekends. He ended up keeping our son out of jail and got all but one charge dropped. We were extremely happy with Nick during a very difficult and stressful time.

I was going through a rough few months in my life trying to fight to get my son back. During that time, I got myself into deeper trouble that didn't help me at all. Regardless, my ultimate goal was to get myself reunited with my little boy and get my home back. I thought I would be able to sort through things by going through mediation, but that didn't go too well for me. The facilitator and mediator at the Courthouse I was dealing with already decided in their mind that I was a criminal based off of some things written down about me on a piece of paper and their attitude towards me also said a ton. So very last minute, I decided to lawyer up. Around 5pm-6pm after my mediation, I decided to call around. I felt hopeless because it was so late in the day and only days away from my court date. I called many places. Nick, along with one other Attorney, called me back within the hour. I explained my situation to Nick briefly over the phone and made an appointment with him immediately. Before seeing Nick and Daniel, I met with another Attorney who seemed like he knew what he was talking about, but I decided to hire Nick and Daniel because I was looking for someone who did not sugar coat my case, who was very blunt with me, and did not give me false promises. For all 3 cases, I hired Nick and Daniel on the spot. I met Nick and Daniel at a very emotional state and made a decision so fast that, at the time, it worried me if I made the right decision. I do not regret it one bit. Fast forward 5 months later, the ruling for all 3 cases went a lot better than expected. Without going into details, I was expecting a harsher punishment because so many things were going on at once and it felt like everything was against me. Nick and Daniel did a great job. I owe them plenty for what they have done for my son and me. I was able to go back home and spend more time with my boy. Although I couldn't always get them on the phone, email worked just as great. They're attorneys dealing with more than one case. I've worked in a law firm before so I completely understand how busy it can get. They respond to emails within 24 hours typically because they're in court during the day. Daniel was very patient and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Nick was a very blunt, no-BS type person. Just what I needed. Together, they make a great team. I did what I was asked, followed the rules, showed up when I was needed to be present, and let them take care of the rest. They even refunded me what I overpaid in my Family case. I hope to never have to see them again, but in the case that I do, they'll definitely be someone I would hire again. Thank you both for your time and patience.

I highly recommend Nick! I can actually say I owe him my life after a difficult battle fighting a 25 to life sentence he won victory ! It all started when I had got arrested in March 2017 fighting my 3rd strike I had another lawyer at first that didn't help me at all I had been set on high bail in my 2nd court was re arrested bail out a second time it's when I decided I had to find another lawyer. That's when I found Nick had a consultation and hired him which was approximately 8 months ago the DA was really after me was trying to get me arrested again but Nick stood up for me and argued until the Judge decided to put me on a GPS monitor instead .Nick did all he could everytime kept me updated replied to me right away .Just this past Wednesday the case was dismissed because of Nick's hard effort !!! Thank you Nick I owe you my life ! I get a fresh start with my family .

There's not enough words to explain how grateful I am with Nick he defended my husband in a 25 to life case . No matter how difficult it seemed Nick never gave up.
