Nunca abia visto tanto comentario malo.. Yo tengo un caso con ellos y la verdad cuando fui hacer el contrato me dijeron una cosa pagamos $6,000 por el ajuste de estatus y resulta que tengo que pagar más de eso... porque no le dicen y la primera entrevista cuanto va ser el costo de todo no que asta después le salen con otro cobro a uno... No recomiendo

En abril del 2002 fui a solictar sus cervicios para que me ayudaran con mi caso de imigracion lo primero que vamos aser es pedir tus antecedentes ya teniendo la informacion vamos a ver el camino que tenemos que seguir me dijeron solo que tienes que pagar 2500 en pagos o 2000 juntos les dije que no llebaba ese dinero entonces me dijo que si traia 1500 me lo dejarian en ese precio les dije que si pero tenia solo mi targeta dijeron que si despues me dijeron que tenia que pagar el 3 por ciento por usar mi targeta a lo que les dije que si firmamos los papeles y me dijeron que me mantendrian informado pasaron 4 meses y no me ablaban asi que desidi ablarles yo solo para que me dijeran que mi caso lo estaban rebisando ya el abogado que pronto me iban ablar para atras espere casi un mes ino me ablaron volbi ablar y me mantuvieron en espera por mas de una hora asi que colge asi que espere una semana i volbi a marcar solo para desirme que apenas mandaron mis papeles que no savia por que no los mandaron antes lo unico que les dije que ya no queria que isiern nada que me devolvieran mi dinero de verdad que juegan con nosotros que mal cervicio

Worse experience I had they never call back only whenever they feel like it or if they didn’t forget. They are rude and inpatient never again will try anything with this “law firm”. Asked for my money back and they took about 3 months to get it back to me. If you don’t want to deal with this find a private office much cheaper and professional

Mi esposo es ciudadano está haciendo mi petición familiar contrato sus servicios en el año 2019 hasta ahora no nos han mostrado un solo avance en el caso nos cambian de abogados constantemente y por último ya ni siquiera nos contestan. Después de ver las opiniones de todas las personas aquí, me doy cuenta que solamente es una compañía dedicada a aprovecharse de la ingenuidad de nosotros como clientes. Muy mal servicio. I’ll start by saying, I was originally impressed with the firm and their great sales tactics. When I first came in I believe December 2020, they put me at ease and assured they would be in touch. It has been more than 2 years and absolutely nothing has been done on my case. They contacted me in March 2022 and I informed them that I no longer wanted to work with them. They have yet to give me a refund despite promising such. In the other case I had with them, they did the same thing. My new lawyer has sent them a termination letter and has yet to hear back from them. I have paid thousands of dollars and seen absolutely no results and have very little contact despite calling and emailing almost daily. They changed the attorney on my cases multiple times without my knowledge. I am still trying to get my paperwork back from them so I can go elsewhere. All in all, my experience has led me to believe they have shady business practices and possibly more cases than they can handle. This place should sell things, not be trusted with your life. Go literally anywhere else. They’re worse than Saul Goodman from “Better Call Saul”.. at least he tried to help his clients. Don’t look at the employee reviews. They’re trying to bring up the average star rating so people don’t look too hard. Preying on vulnerable populations of people who often do not know their legal rights nor how to go about reporting to the BBB and California State Bar. BEWARE!

Strait up thiefs i should of seen more reviews before going with them its been months and dont know anything bout my case all they say some1 will call you back as a matter of fact ion even know my lawers name but they took the money right of my hands and havent herd from them since then do yourself a favor and look on reviews and what are the lawers really helping people cause this wont help you but take your cash trust me on this one.

Very bad customer service. They just take your money gor nothing of work. Be careful people don't go there. They will take your money. No sirben para nada. No asen el trabajo. Nomas te cobran sin trabajar, uno ase todo el trabajo. Cosas que son gratis lo cobran.

We hired this company for an immigration case in regards to helping my wife get her green card. She already had Daca and a good record. We got rejected in our case from U.S. dept of homeland security. This company does a poor job in communicating and takes a long time to get back to you. You will get the run around from staff. We had to deal with multiple attorneys and assistants through out the process. They are quick to charge, but fail to provide value and solutions. I didn’t feel that we were guided or that the company ever cared or were concerned with the result. I felt as if this was a waste of money, time, and energy. This company should focus on being a brand and marketing company because that’s what they’re good at. I would go on….. but it won’t help me get a refund. Hope this helps someone.

Que mal experiencia se lleva uno ahí con esa compañía, Mal servicio, te asen esperar como no tienen idea, Solo para q me entregaran mi licencia y tarjeta de débito se tardaron 2 horas talvez porque no llegamos a lo correspondido y como venganza talvez isieron esperarme, Solo me dice te fui a buscar y te able y no contestaba. Si de cell no lo solté. No recomiendo esa agencia. Saludos a la sra Castellón.😡😡
