Cody Salfen, There are no words that can describe him. Since the first day I met him I knew I was in good hands. The impression he left was indeed impressive. Mr. Salfen in plain and simple words is a bad ass! He is intelligent, very attentive, has great communication and is always there to hear you out on your questions and concerns. I had the very good fortune of having Mr.Cody Salfen assigned to my case. (My Case was Dismissed, fast). Cody was extremely balanced between Confidence and being Open to input. I needed to secure a restraining order against a mentally ill neighbor who was harassing me. I was referred to Cody by a long-tenured, well regarded Bay Area attorney (whose practice did not include ROs). From start to finish Cody displayed a level of knowledge and professionalism that you want but often do not see with attorneys who handle this type of case. He explained the law to me, defined probable outcomes, engaged me in strategy and deftly navigated a seriously disorganized, dishonest attorney representing the defendant. (People, beware of attorneys who aggressively self promote on the internet.) We bounced an ineffective judge and and I was ultimately granted the RO I was seeking. If you want solid competence vs courtroom histrionics Cody is your man.

It was a great pleasure to work with Mrs. Mousavi. She was the most helpful with my parents citizenships applications and she was available all the time to answer my many questions and address my concerns even on weekends. I should also point out her ability to communicate in Farsi was a great relief for my parents.

I waited for my green card for more than 7 years and received it thanks to the hard working lawyer, Shahar Mousavi.
