Where do I start. I was going through a bad divorce and had lost all hope of having any sort of custody of my only son. Magdalena Chattopadhya was my third lawyer and I do not know why I met her. I just had a feeling that I should meet her as a last resort. And boy did she exceed my expectations. In the first meeting itself, she assured me that she’ll do the best she can for me. Although, she didn’t promise anything but kinda said what might be the outcome of the case if I had her on board. She’s an absolute gem of a lawyer and has so much knowledge about the family law cases and commands respect in the San Jose family court circle. She has a very pleasing personality and even though her fees are kinda on the higher side but she never charges a penny extra and is very cognizant of her client’s time and money. If anyone needs an amazing lawyer in the Bay Area for family law; keep calm and retain Magdalena Chattopadhya. She will get the job done and some more. I can’t thank her enough. She has absolutely resurrected my life and I salute her. I can vouch for her any day of the week.

If you are looking for an incredible family law firm, LOOK NO FURTHER. SERIOUSLY. READ: I wish we could give this law firm a 1000/10 rating. Magdalena and her team are exceptional. Incredibly detailed, focused, strategic, and really concerned for the well-being of all involved. We hired Magdalena and her team after going through 2 very poor, detached, uninterested attorneys that really did not do a great job of representing us. In less than 1 month of retaining her, we have accomplished more than we have in over 1 year. Thank you for all you do. Hired David on a injury I had at work. He explained the process and got my treatment and payments going within 3 weeks. He does not mess around with all the mumbo jumbo stuff, wanted to make sure that that injuries were properly getting treated and he sure did. His office staff was excellent which in fact they do a lot of the leg work with the doctors and adjusters. He settled my case within 2 years from the date I had my injury and I was very impressed with the outcome. Thank you David.
