I hired John to help navigate and negotiate an old credit card debt which had ballooned and turned into a summary judgement including various account levies. He presented me with different options and explained all the pro's and con's of each. In the end he was able to negotiate a settlement amount substantially lower than what the creditor was going after, and he made sure that the settlement resulted in the case being fully closed and all levies removed. He showed great communication throughout the entire process and if I had any questions about anything he did his best to fully explain them in plain English. His hourly wage is moderate but you get definitely good value for your money. And what you get is an incredibly effective and competent attorney with great customer service.
