I am a small business owner in Santa Clara. Before I began working with Strategy Law, specifically Tamara, I had a horrific and expensive experience that left me in need of business attorney who’s working knowledge and skillful use business law was unquestionable. I called Lino when I needed to draft a purchase agreement for a business. It was nice having such a competent attorney representing me. He reviewed all the franchise information to make sure I was not going to get stuck signing something that was unusual or not in line with what was expected from a buyer. The second time I used Lino was to collect on a business debt. It seems his name was well known as being the best at this service. I came away very pleased at the result of a new agreement with everything set if the other side defaults. It I nice knowing that I have the right person to handle my business affairs. I would recommend Lino for any business sales, lease negotiations, partner disputes, or any other business issue.

Found these guys extremely rude and unprofessional- had no interest in actually listening to what was being asked of them - I don't think they are very experienced in their line or work nor did I think their pricing was fair. The guy I dealt with was extremely rude in which I eventually cancelled my account. Waste of time and money, not worth the unprofessionalism

As a real estate agent, I occasionally come across property owners, investors, and real estate professionals who need legal advice. For the past 7 years, I have always recommended Lino Martire. Everyone I’ve referred to him has been extremely pleased with his knowledge and advice. Lino works hard to resolve issues in ways that benefit his clients. He’s firmly on his client’s side without increasing the hostility between the parties, whenever possible. Some attorneys like increased hostility because it can lead to more legal fees for themselves. Lino isn’t like that, and he tries to resolve matters in a cost-effective manner. And believe it or not, Lino is a nice guy! All those attorney jokes are not about him!
