I called him for a consultation on my case and after a lengthily discussion he gave me a very honest advise what to do and also, he knew I did not have money but still told me to call him if I need his advise.

Put it this way, through this man I had the opportunity to see through other attorneys, and realize their ill will. As you are probably aware, attorneys run their business through retainment fees, they compete with each other for clients-the more clients the more profit, simple. In understanding this, understand that every attorney you contact is either A) a money making business man, or B) a lawyer-“Man of justice”. I can say this with full confidence and mean what I say because I experienced it for myself. Before I had the pleasure to speak with Mr. Jinkerson, I spoke with several attorneys about my case. Every one of them made me question my freedom, as well as the belief of my innocence. The more attorneys I talked to the more worried I became. After talking to Mr. Jinkerson I can now say I’ve met a type B lawyer, a real truth seeker. I can attest because of the empathy and generosity I witnessed. After i explained my charges he told me he wouldn’t take the case because I did not need an attorney, and that “the only thing I needed worry about was school”. He told me what the outcome of the case would be and was completely 100% correct. Now, realize that he was the only one who had the ability to turn down a large sum of money simply because of his knowledge of what the outcome would be and i strong moral compass. Please, do your own search-call as many attorneys as you possibly can, but do not attempt to hire an attorney before you speak with this man. As for me, I will continue to think of a way I may one day understand, and repay his generosity (a true hero).

My husband and I met with Guyton Jinkerson to help us during a time when a family member was in need.  We found that, after hiring another lawyer and interviewing several others, it is very hard to find an attorney that puts honesty before collecting retainer fee's.  He has the experience you need and is extremely knowledgeable in the field of criminal defense. Mr. Jinkerson stood out far above any other attorney we interviewed based on his up to date knowledge of the law, cases and outcomes (down to the case number and pages to reference).  He is a walking law book!   I highly recommend Guyton Jinkerson!

Guyton Jinkerson has to be one of the best lawyers I have ever known. He was always punctual, never late, always kept me well informed, knows the system inside and out, and never gives up. Guyton is one of the best trial lawyers I have ever seen. He knows exactly what he is doing. In sum, I highly recommend Guyton, he is one of the best laywers out there that really cares about the client.

I hired Mr. Jinkerson for a case I was charged with. The only requirements he had were 1) Tell him my side of the story. 2) Pay him. 3) Show up for all court dates. Mr. Jinkerson really cares and is far from the so called "ambulance chaser" type lawyer. Example, if you are late for court, he will chew you out and tell you things like, "if you dont care enough about your case to be on time then why should I". "If you are late again, I will refund your money and you can find someone else to represent you". Mr. Jinkerson goes to bat for his clients 100% and has "ZERO TOLERANCE" for tardiness and flakey people who dont return his phone calls as soon as possible. In the begining of my situation, I first thought, "Hey I paid this guy money and he is yelling at me like I am his son or something". That is when I realized that Guyton Jinkerson really did have genuine concern for my case. Mr. Jinkerson I know has represented serveral high profile cases with great sucess.
