Zero star was not an option. This is absolutely below C grade law firm. In the beginning they perform well. Then Lori switches to making all decision based on what profit she can make rather than her clients' benefits. They bill for many hours while performing very little! She takes many more cases than her small staff can handle and ends up dropping the ball on multiple critical occasions. In addition, due to the high turnover in her staff, you are always charged to train new hires on the case. I regret not firing Lori a year before the case settled!

Costanzo Law Firm is truly formidable in labor law and litigation. We engaged Costanzo Law when our previous law firm, a big name firm, was failing completely. Costanzo was able to turn the situation around through hard work and strategic leadership. The head of the firm, Ms. Costanzo is both very experienced and knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the real world. And, they do excellent preparation that is necessary for success. Meeting initially was scheduled one and half weeks after my first call, then was rescheduled 3 times. I sent email one week before meeting to illustrate the situation. Half hour zoom meeting the lawyer only talked 5 mins and charged 350 dollars. If they can look my email before meeting, just need 5 mins meeting. Simple case then tell me to pay 10K advance payment if you want to file for case. Other company is free consulting. See the Lawyer's reply at the bottom, they disclose the detail of my case without my permission. If you are in the tough time, and need help, this company make the situation more worse, at least for my case.

This is a place where you will have No case at all talk to 1 attorney less than 1 minute very rude over the phone no thanks I don’t need a case wow. Never do business with them they will turn you down then send a copy and paste Dear candidate. Who is a candidate?
