Regretfully, I was assigned to Mythily Sivarajah at JML Law, APLC. She was entirely incompetent, intimidated by opposing counsel, and was completely in capable of negotiating in any manner that resembles anything reasonable. She submitted a demand for payment BEFORE discovery, and in very short order withered $295,000 down $22,000 as opposing counsel effectively intimidated her with false information/no evidence on their part. She completely pulled the rug out from under my case.
