I recently helped a friend find a criminal defense attorney to help with a case that was actually a mixup at the courthouse. I was facing two felony's. My admission of guilt to the police officer made my case extremely challenging. Edward put together a Proactive and Aggressive Plan to get my charges reduced to a misdemeanor and serve minimal jail time. His Plan Worked! Edward utilized his relationship with the DA's Office to get my charges reduced to a misdemeanor prior to my 1st court date. He then demonstrated his ability to "think on his feet" by negotiating a deal with the Judge & DA. The result was that I received a 60 Day sentence which was reduced to 30 days by me participating in the Weekend Work Program. Edward was accessible throughout the process, and continues to help me as needed. His fee was a little higher than the other lawyers I interviewed; however, it was well worth it.
