I ran into a unfortunate situation back in February 2020. I was referred to a couple of lawyers by friends, but my spirit didn’t set well with the first couple of lawyers because it was all money talk aggressively. So I prayed on it and prayed because I had everything to lose. My job said if I’m convicted of a felony that they will let me go. Not only was it a bad time to have legal issues because of the pandemic, but to lose your job with a family of four in the bay would have had me and my family homeless. Not to mention the fight against racism and minorities shootings by cops I had to wrestle with personal feelings to trust any lawyer that wasn’t of my culture. When I was introduced to Mr. Shawn Mowry I started research on him to see if he was a family guy, and his upbringing. My spirit set well with Shawn, seeing that his wife also was a lawyer made me feel even better. So after our second conversation and his willingness to work with me on payments I decided to hire Mr. Mowry. It ended up being the best decision I could have made. Mr. Mowry made his self available every time I needed answers. The case went on for 11 months due to the pandemic, and when it was all said and done 2 of my charges was dropped, and the 3rd one was dropped to a non- felony which not only allowed me to stay free, but also keep my job to continue to provide for my family. I am forever grateful to this guy. Since then I remain in close contact with Mr. Mowry, and he continue to check in on me to see about my wellness. With everything in life we have to make choices, so for individuals looking for the right representation you have to do your own research! Sean Mowry handled a traffic ticket for my husband against a very difficult citing officer. Sean resolved this problem and made it go away. His fee was reasonable, he was efficient and competent and responsible.
