I applied for Social Security Benefits for my severe ADHD and learning disability. My Mom had applied for SSI back in 2021 but was denied two times by Social Security and the third time was the charm! They accepted my case and the process was super fast as well as seamless. We contacted them and within two months of taking our case, we had a court date and won! After we won the case, it was 4 more additional months and then we were contacted by social security to set up payments. Over all, the entire process from start to finish with Roeschke Law took roughly 7 months total!
