I reached out to Traci to consult with regarding a Prenuptial Agreement. My husband wanted to have a prenup drawn up before our wedding earlier this year, which meant that I needed to have my own representation as well. It was all new to me and Traci really wanted to make sure that I understood what I was entitled to under California Law. Traci is knowledgable, professional, and experienced. She was patient and took time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend her.

I had an incident where my apartments were trying to evict me with 3 days notice along with many other threats including that if I did not leave within this time I would be escorted by police. When I reached out to Traci late at night about the situation she immediately wrote an email to my building presenting herself as my lawyer and explained to them that the threats they were making were illegal. They responded very soon after her emails after not getting back to me all day once she wrote them to get this all sorted out. She also wrote an appeal for me. I am now still living in this building still and did not get evicted.

Traci is one of the smartest family attorneys in the Silicon Valley. She operates based on the highest integrity. She is smart, a great writer and very calm and intelligent in the court. She has the best interest of her clients and advocates for them inside and outside the court. Traci was on vacation at the time I retained the firm she was working for. First, another attorney was assigned to my case. I had couple of different phone calls with the first attorney and communicated with her about my case for about 10 days, and she was still confused about my case. When Traci came back from vacation, she was up and running the second day. I could not believe how fast and smart she was. She is a great advocate for her clients. Family courts, very unfortunately, are filled with attorneys who are making money by taking advantage of the emotional state of clients. Finding an attorney who 1. Understands your situation 2. Has integrity 3. Focuses on finding solution is important and yet difficult. I believe Traci has all these traits. She is a great advocate for her clients and has their best interest in mind. She is a super talented writer. She also has a good network of attorneys in case you need others with different expertise. Looking forward to the day she starts her own firm. I bet it would be one of the most successful family firms in the valley.
