I’ll start by stating that I was successful in my application for disability. The not so positive was the help or lack there of from ROESCHKE LAW. The only time I had a chance to spoke to the attorney handling my case was after I was successfully in my application and approved for payment. I was left very unattended to the point of having to call multiple times for any input at all. I scheduled all of my appointments, answered all of the questions issued until a final questionnaire from SSDI, only then was I able to speak with a handler to answer the final review questions. I would advise this to anyone that needs disability and already had a long medical history. File on your own, and if you are declined, then seek assistance. I paid almost 8k in fees for the minimalist of assistance. I filed my own application up front, booked my own appointments. When I spoke with I believe Kyle about a breakdown of billable hours, I was told that I signed a contract upfront for a set amount. His exact words, sometimes we win, sometimes we loose??? Do you’re homework before simply thinking you need an attorney.

I am in the beginning stages of filing for SSDI for the second time.
