Unbelievable, they charged me but in spite of the reminder they did not show up to defend me on a due date. As a result, a court trial was held in my and my representative absence and I was found guilty.

Rodney is right person to hire to help you out of traffic trouble. I had a traffic ticket in Santa Cruz, and I live outside California. Rodney took off the job and got the ticket dismissed. Also his assistant Emiliano is very professional and patient in consulting. Very grateful to them!

I was referred by another law office to Mayr, the other office did not practice law in Santa Cruz. After dealing Rodney doesn't seem like he does either. His assistant seemed to do most of work for my traffic case. I have no idea what credentials his assistant has. After 4 months later nothing was done, and no refund was given

Once Rodney has your money, you will be the one contacting him. Him and staff give no updates themselves. When you call his office voice mail it doesn't even have a message , how professional is that?

I hired Rodney for a simple traffic ticket to be reopened in October. His assistant Emiliano , claimed it was simple case and it will be resolved quickly. Rodney and Emiliano never gave any updates unless I contacted them. Even then not all emails were replied back too. I final heard back from Emiliano that their motion was dismissed and there was nothing they good do. The decision was made in December and I was informed in February. Only after I asked for a update. I feel there was no effort on their part, and my money was wasted. If Rodney can't be trusted for a simple traffic ticket , good luck hiring him for something more serious.
