He is well known in the USCIS office which adds to the credibility of your case. There are a lot of legal rules that he is aware of because of being frequent to the USCIS office and interacting with the staff, that can help your application being processed in a timely manner. I wish that I had gone to him sooner in order to become naturalized. I had to wait a long time before my interview got scheduled(5 1/2 years instead of taking 3 years). I took his service to appear in an interview, if it wasn't for him my wait would have gotten extended because of some complications with the bureaucratic process during the interview. Take his services earlier even if think you don't require it, in case it has anything to do with immigration, he will be able to expedite it legally.

I highly recommend Gabriel Jack and this law firm for any and all immigration issues. Mine was a complex case involving an unexpected I-751 filing and N-400. I was almost at risk of significant delays and losing my opportunity at citizenship because of a mistake made by USCIS. Gabriel and team not only helped me put together a sound response but Gabriel came in for an appointment with USCIS and made a strong case allowing for my I-751 and N-400 to be approved at the same time. He has great relationships with all the folks at various USCIS offices around the country, this significantly helps with resolution. I highly recommend Gabriel and MJ Law - would give them more stars if i could!

It was a great experienced with Attorney Jack as my immigration lawyer since day one. Before he accepted my case he explained it well about the possibility and the negative one. He helped me (through my employer petition) for my work permit to green card and eventually for my U.S. citizenship. It's amazing!
