Spent $10K+ over several months, and was very disappointed w/ service and results. Inexperienced and marginally competent associates. Clearly focused more on billable time than pursuing the clients' interest. Save your $ and hire another law firm.

Separating from a loved one is an emotional process with seemingly insurmountable amounts of information online (many times conflicting) about what needs to happen "next." Laurel made a considerable effort to explain the process to someone not familiar with divorce and leveraged her experience to guide me toward litigation without ambiguity. I never felt like I was on-the-clock when meeting with her team. Also, I was consistently impressed when asking questions through voicemail/email after-hours because I always received a response within 24 hours. In short, she makes time for her clients. I may not have done an adequate job toting the personal touch Laurel added to my divorce, but her results speak louder than my words. From initial meeting to filing, Laurel and her team were able to take care of my divorce in two weeks. This is short of a miracle in California and helped my ex-wife and I move forward with our lives. Thank you, Laurel.

I switched representation to Ms Sevier due to lack of confidence and slow progress with my case. Ms Sevier was personable, and professional in reviewing my situation and agreeing to take my case to get it back on track. Once Ms Sevier was engaged, she was efficient in getting the legal process better understood than prior, and refocused. She corrected errors in strategy and made good suggestions throughout. She did a good job communicating, and was skilled at offering efficient options when needed and describing the pros and cons of those options. Ms Sevier did a great job.. I would highly recommend her.
