I had a temporary restraining order filed against me that was based on a horrible lie. The accusations were very serious. Matthew Crosby represented me in 2008 during a trust/estate dispute. Despite the availability of concrete evidence of Trustee wrongdoing and more than $100,000.00 in missing trust/estate funds (and circumstantial evidence of another $100,000.00 missing) Mr. Crosby and his partner listened instead to slanderous gossip and ‘chose-sides’ in a family dispute they had no business becoming involved with.
