I have hired Ferguson Law Group several times over the past 10 years, for tasks ranging from contract review, general estate planning consultations, to the preparation of my family's estate planning documents. Others that I have referred to Ferguson Law Group have engaged them for help with probate, tenants-in-common agreements, and trust and estate planning issues. Adam and his associates have always provided expert advice for a reasonable fee. When I initially engaged with this practice I was looking for help with a trust and he tried to talk me into a (much less expensive) will because he didn't think I needed a trust at that time. I know that I can always trust Adam to provide me with the most cost effective solution. I have also referred family members and many clients to Adam for assistance, and have always heard back that their experience was consistent with mine. I consider Adam and his team to be a valuable asset to myself, my family, and my tax firm.

Adam helped our mother set up her trust, though we had very little involvement during the process, when she passed away is was very apparent why she selected Adam as her attorney. She had numerous properties and complicated dealings, things she was passionate about but none of her children were. She knew this about us, and from our experience with Adam she made sure to convey to him exactly how she wanted things handled. It was easy for all of us, and if your personal goal is to show your family how much you care about them, hire Adam and his team. Thank you Adam, John and Janelle, you were wonderful.

Extremely knowledgeable, patient, respectful and absolutely brilliant at composing legal correspondence. Adam is an excellent attorney at both preparing legal documents to avoid complications and litigating to help resolve complications.
