Attorney Andrew Cook is an Excellent Lawyer He gave Us since the moment we walked in to His Office an Enormous Sense of Empathy for our Situation we had no hope Before we Met Him and he walked us through the process Diligently day after day till the very last day, assuring to us, He would do everything He could abiding to the Law not only for One side he Truly Advocates for Both Parties looking not only the Benefit of One side but Both if Possible base on this, you can tell when someone has a passion and cares about the well-being of others The Law exist to be Equal and have Justice for Everyone .

I had a very complicated divorce that involved CPS, RO, financial disputes, child and spousal support, etc. Mr. Cook was very professional, respectful, quick to reach and responsive, very knowledgeable and firm but also open to reasonable negotiations. Even after divorce was final, he continued to be available for questions and more than reasonable with fees. I absolutely recommend Mr. Andrew Cook!

I hired Andrew because my ex spouse was threatening me with court. There were issues around property, child custody and support, and spousal support. I had initially started with another attorney, then went pro se, then hired Andrew to prepare for court. His expertise helped guide me through threats and intimidation attempts and we were able to come to an agreement between parties, including a contentious custody battle. I never had to set foot in court. I would highly recommend Andy, especially to anyone dealing with child support or custody issues. He is open and willing to discuss various alternative strategies. I hope I will never again need his services, but would not hesitate to contact him if I did.

Mr. Cook is extremely intelligent and compassionate. He took on my divorce and it was ugly and complex, to say the least. He made sure I knew I had a voice in this process and that nothing would be dictated by my now ex-husband. We spent hours preparing for mediation and it was very successful. My visit with Mr Cook was a success. It was very informative and I was able to obtain valuable legal advice which were helpful in planning my approach to finalize my divorce. He listened as I presented my case and asked very probing questions in order to assess what needed to be done. If I did not have Mr. Cook handling my child support case three years ago, I would have gotten a lot less than I did. With his help, I was able to get about $300 more per month than what I had initially calculated on my own. He is currently handling the update in child support and again, calculated that I should get more than I initially thought. I would recommend him to anyone with child support issues. He really helped a great deal in maximizing the amount of support. It is because of him that my child is able to have all the extracurricular activities that my child deserves.

I have been with Andy since 2010 and he has been wonderful and very helpful. He is not like some other attorneys that are in it for the money he deeply cares for the relationship between a parent and a child and he always tries to find the best outcome. There have been many moments where I wasn't sure how to feel/react with some of the responses from the other side however, as soon as Andy stepped in he always knew the right thing to say and respond to help ease the worry.
