We just most recently concluded an aggravated DUI settlement case with Atty Farsad as our counsel. After interviewing 2 lawyers ahead in the game, I went on to retain him after learning of his experience as a public defender in the past as well as his profound case load of DUI cases in the bay area. Plus, his fee was very modest I would say being 1/3 of the average retaining fee from competing DUI case counsel; which I would consider the best value in consideration of the particularly clear cut defense and mitigating package that he prepared and which won the sweet deal in our favor before the District Attorney . This is not the first time I had retained him, as I consulted with him on prior real estate and tax issues before; where he did not disappoint and actually inspired me to stay on the straight and the narrow path moving forward. In 2009 my wife and I received word that our mortgage had been sold to another bank. We were not concerned until we received a foreclosure notice on our front door. We had been making our mortgage payments on time since the transfer of our mortgage yet the bank said we were in the rears by about $17,000. I took time off work to figure out what was going on. This was the beginning of an eleven year nightmare. After consulting attorneys in the Chico area and later Sacramento we found not one attorney who could figure out the convoluted mortgage mess that had happened to us. We had spent thousands of dollars on attorneys who failed us or dropped the ball, causing us to almost give up. The Camp fire that occurred in the nearby town of Paradise in November of 2018 turned lives upside down. We gave shelter to people who had just lost everything in the fire. After years of nightmares dealing with people who failed us and thousands of dollars needlessly spent, we threw a 'Hail Mary'. I don't believe in coincidences. We feel we were lead to this attorney and his team. They did what no one else could do. Arasto Farsad's legal team not only saved our home, but set us up for our financial future. I have to say we are in awe of his skills, knowledge and tenaciousness. One day we thought we were about to lose everything we had worked for over 30 years. We are very blessed to have met atty. Arasto Farsad last August 2017 as our family lawyer through our family realtor. We told him our 2nd loan mortgage situation. He said, not to worry. Hiring Atty. Arasto Farsad was the best move we did when we went thru hard times dealing with B&B Fundings LLC, 2nd loan problems for years. Notices in the mail was ongoing for years right after we filed for chapter 7 in 2010 but never attempted to foreclose, I guess because the property market was still low at that time. Mr. Farsad and his staff work extremely hard and diligently for their clients. His work ethic is unwavering, since he strives for more that an extra mile for his clients, and that is an understatement.
