I was injured in a car accident & after having no luck getting threw to the other persons insurance company, my insurance company not being any help either, months of nothing, I reached out for their help. Their team is amazing, very professional & friendly. They put me at ease in a very uncomfortable situation for me. They where very flexible & understanding with my schedule of working 3 Jobs & made all appointments convenient for me. My first meeting with them they actually came to me at one of my jobs during my lunch break. They where always communicating with me & honesty made me feel like I was top priority. I'm so very glad I went with them, not only did they get threw to the insurance company, they got me a rent a car in the mean time, the insurance company wanted to settle & I'm very glad I took the advice of my Attorney & didn't, because we won my case & I was compensated very nicely in the end. I didn't pay anything out of pocket, the fee's came out of the settlement. I was/am so Impressed with everything about them.

Being in the situation with back to back dui’s, the likely outcome was that i was going to spend some months in jail. But luckily i searched and found her which was a blessing. Being a student, she understood me and agreed to charge lower than others for my case. The outcome was even surprising. No jail time. She even helped me to wave some fees which saved me alot. If you need someone to fight for you, she’s your gal. Let me tell you folks, Stephanie is the real deal. I went shopping around San Jose for lawyers to get opinions about my case. She provided no BS and told me straight up what I was looking at. And let me tell you, it wasn’t looking good. While all the other lawyers tried to sell themselves, she just laid it out there about what I was facing. I was looking at serious time. And so over the few weeks she answered all my questions any time day or night. I didn’t even have to go to court for my court date. All she said was stay by your phone. So on the day of my court date, I was on my way to work and she called me to tell me she needed me at the court house. I was in shorts, my work T-shirt, and flip flops. I get there and she lets me know I got a deal of a lifetime. No time in. And I’m being absolutely honest that I had a minimum time in requirement that was somehow avoided. I signed some papers, we walked straight in the court room up to the podium cutting everyone who was sitting waiting for their turn. And I plead to the deal she got. I’ve looked extensively online extensively with people in the situation as me, and none of them got out of going to jail. Absolutely none. With her previous experience as DA of the county, it’s obvious that this lady knows all the judges, all the DA’s, and literally got me a deal that isn’t possible to other lawyers. And if u think getting a public defender is the best option, it’s absolutely NOT! Stephanie is the way to go. Thank you Stephanie for being hands down the best lawyer I’ve ever known and for fighting for me. Your clients are very lucky to have you on their side. And to all thinking about Stephanie, I promise you, you will regret not going with her. She is the guardian angel of defendents in Santa Clara county.
