After my initial consult with David i was left with a sense of relief as he listened never talked in ways that the last guy i saw did. I understood what i could do and his team was so great helping me get it all together. What more could i ask for.

I had an extremely difficult time with my Bankruptcy because my ex- was trying to play dirty and frame me with the goal of getting my house even though it was in my name as sole property. I had to declare Bankruptcy because he and his family fired me from the family business, never paid me for several months of back pay and then proceeded to attach me and my children. David ensured that I made a complete filing which later stood up in Divorce court; and, thanks to David's preparation and attention to detail, helped me win my Property Settlement in my Divorce. I have to apologize as this review is very late in posting because I was busy fighting for my Property (for 9 years). Boone is the soul reason my case has been filed to be dismissed because he would not return my calls to discuss what I should do and what my options were. I called every day for ONE MONTH and still he did not respond. Calling Trustee tomorrow and I have hired a new attorney. Don’t let him or his office ruin what you’re trying to hold on too.

Law offices of David Boone was incredible. I was 95,000 in debt. Was being sued by two other Lawyers when i went to see David Boone. Afriend told me about him. They were able to get $330 filing fee returned to me. His staff spent extra time with me when imputing all my creditors. David Boone was one of nicest Lawyers i have ever come across. Needed to stop a foreclosure and was able to go in and get an emergency filed immediately to stop the foreclosure scheduled the next day. Chapter 13 Plan was confirmed and I was then able to get a modification while I was in the Chapter 13. Great support staff are very helpful. Thank you !!

Due to the economic turndown in 2008 and my unscrupulous employer, I lost my employment and found myself in a situation where I had to file bankruptcy. A professional friend referred me to the Law Office of Mr. David Boone. My initial consultation with Mr. Boone was a tremendous relief on various levels. David immediately put me at ease with his friendliness and compassion in regards to my situation. I was impressed with his professionalism and the detailed instructions he provided as to the necessary steps in the bankruptcy process. His communication skills were excellent in that he didn't use the "Lawyer" language which can leave one walking away from such matters bewildered and confused. I found Mr. Boone's staff to be completely professional, friendly and helpful in assuring that I accurately completed all of the necessary requirements in each step of the process. As anyone would, I dreaded the court hearing but his staff had all of the necessary documents organized and ready and the hearing only took a few minutes. To my relief I was only asked one question thanks to Mr. Boone's staff being prepared for the hearing. In addition I was to extend a special thanks to Attorney Leela V. Menon and the extra effort and help she provided in handling the final stages of my bankruptcy. This guy is the best, 30 years of experience, wiped out my second mortgage, and good customer service. 15 employees, they answer the phone at his office!!. So don't believe this crap.

I got in trouble with my BK13 because I call him tons of time to ask him a question. His staff was good for nothing. I'm feel bad I didn't put a complain at the Bar association. After thr first consultation you are not going to have any more contact with him. He's terrible.

My case got dismissed because he would not return my calls to discuss what I should do and what my options were. I called every day for ONE MONTH and still he did not call me. The trustee even tried to call him but got no response Case was dismissed -- there was no way to stop it since he failed to take any action. I have already printed out forms to file a complaint with the Cal Bar Association and am filling them out today to send in. Not happy, I had to switch attorneys because this guy doesn't return calls, doesn't use email and just a horrible bed side manner. All quantity, no quality. He supposedly does 40% of all bankruptcies in Santa Clara county but I had fallen behind in payments to the trustee and he never cared enough to let me know how serious the situation was. He is also more expensive on average.
