Dean Rossi is amazing! He is very knowledgable in regards to real estate. In addition, he is one of the most down to earth and easy to speak with attorney's I've ever consultated with. His knowledge and personality really shined through in helping me ease one of my most stressful times. I was lost and really had no idea where to start. He gave me both pros and cons of what I was about to deal with, and really allowed me to make a sound and confident decision on how to move forward. He handled my real estate issue both efficiently and effectively. I would use and refer Dean over and over. Thank You Dean Rossi!

Mr. Rossi is the consummate attorney. He is the absolute master of depositions. His thorough preparation ensures his success. Luck doesn't come to play because he doesn't need it. His experience , extensive knowledge all but guaranteed the winning of my case. Mr. Rossi is the best. His earned fee is money well spent.

Dean has managed multiple cases on my behalf for several types of real estate matters - some simple, some complex. I have always found him to be responsive and quick to act on my behalf or that of my company. He updates his e-mail and voicemail messages daily, so clients know when he is in the office, when he is in court or depositions, and when he will be available. He has always made time for what are sometimes immediate matters and has ardently advocated for my interests, procuring exceptional results. Dean has a vested interest in his clients and works diligently to obtain the best possible outcomes.

We hired Dean to represent us after a great introductory meeting. He seemed very knowledgeable and it appeared he could help us with our issue. That introductory meeting was about the last time we were able to get a hold of him. At one point during the process we had a mediation session with his dad, Ron, who apologized, assured us we would get better service, and credited our back some of our fees. During the process I received the following email from Ron Rossi: "Dear Seth: I've read your email to Paul and Dean -- I'm sorry that this happened. We'll move quickly now, but of course there's no excuse for the delay in getting this done. " The process got no better and at one point I sent the following email to Dean, Ron, and Paul, the other attorney on our case: "You keep recommending getting on Dean’s calendar but I have 1) left voicemail for Dean 2) sent Dean email and 3) left voicemail for his assistant trying to get on his calendar and have not heard from him. Would it be better if we sent mail or walked in? I don’t know what else to try." One month after that email I had still not received any communication. I sent the following email: "Hi Dean, I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU TODAY! I left you a follow-up voicemail again this morning. This is in regards to my voicemail and email from Monday. I need some reply back that you have received this and are moving forward. I would also like to know if we have any case for a restraining order against [neighbor]. I was hoping that Paul Hogan was responsible for the lack of communication from RHRC and I continue to be hopeful. I understand that you are in depositions most of the day but your voicemail indicates that you will be able to return calls at the end of the day." I never heard back. We hired another lawyer and received prompt service.
