I am recommending Stephanie to anyone who is seeking for a criminal defense lawyer. I myself am a lawyer, I am using a pen name here, but everything stated here is true, so you can count on my words. I am very happy about the result that she negotiated for me and the charge has been lowered to a very low level misdemeanor which even the alleged victim's attorney was impressed. I heard the alleged victim's attorney saying "wow!" at the court when I was present. Furthermore, my lawyer friend has a partner who is also a criminal defense lawyer commented on my result: "You are so lucky to have a good defense lawyer to get the charge lowered so much for you, otherwise you would at least be charged with an Assault." I recommend Stephanie because she is not only intelligent and experienced in what she is doing, she is also emotionally intelligent. I was devastated when I was looking for a criminal defense lawyer from a criminal charge, I called different lawyers, some were just trying to make things more complicated to make more money. But as soon as I got hold of Stephanie, she asked a few very important key issues and advised what I should do for the next steps. Unlike other lawyers were telling me: "Well you are a lawyer, why did you do this?" or "You should have known better..." Yes, I am a lawyer, but I am also a human after work. But Stephanie never asks such useless questions, she showed top notched skills to plea bargain with the court, and empathy to my situation. What do I need to say more about Stephanie? Oh, yes, and she is very beautiful inside and out! P.S. her assistant, Linda, is a sweetheart!

THE BEST DECISION IN MY LIFE was to hire Stephanie Rickard as my lawyer. Me being a 29 year mother of a 7 years old amazing son who just recently back home the thought of being taken into custody just was not a option not to me and when in the court room not to Stephanie . This lawyer is not just a lawyer she's family to me and that's what I felt in the c10ourtroom when she was by my side 2 times that I was or should have been remanded and sitting in there for 6 months. All the judge had and the da was MAJOR RESPECT for Stephanie and what I was just amazed by was her ability to DEFEND AND PROTECT me as her client. I felt like if I didn't have her I was going to be chewed up and spit out and nothing that I could say or do would help me get out of the mess I was in. I can honestly say that Stephanie's fees were inexpensive and that every dime was beyond worth it spent on her services. SHE IS THE REASON I HAVE MY FREEDOM TODAY and that's something she took pride and dedication in. I'd strongly recommend this lawyer. Stephanie clearly stands out among all lawyers I've met locally. When in her office, She patiently answered all of my questions, and also explained how the law system works locally here. Provided visions, strategies, probabilities, etc., for each possible outcome, after carefully listening my detailed story with notes taken. On the other hand, she is super knowledgeable, professional, and has excellent experience and expertise. Then, I became her client. She worked hard. She responded my call or text messages promptly. She is very sharp and smart. And besides, I am not feeling the normal distance between a successful lawyer and the client. Instead, it feels like she is a friend who really care about me and willing to think from my perspective. Whatever strategy or measures she took turns out very effective. Excellent, awesome, outstanding & simply superb. She managed my case very well. Her fee is worth every penny & I strongly recommend her. I am on H1b Visa and I got a DUI. I did visited 2 other attorneys before her, but no one gave me confidence and moral support that she gave. So if it was not her I would have ended up with weekend work + High Fine + DUI school for more than 3 months. But because of Stephanie I only have to pay little fine + 3 month DUI school and only 2 yrs probation. Usually DUI class instructors say Attorneys milk money without doing anything, but when they looked at my record they said Stephanie did awesome job.

After extensive research on finding the right attorney for my boyfriend, we went with Stephanie. After speaking with her we knew she would be the right attorney for him as she is very knowledgeable having been on both sides of the laws and her years of experience. Stephanie stands out as an amazing lawyer. She has many great reviews and qualifications. I needed a defense attorney (my daughter had a stalker/adult man harassing our family). I dropped by their office unannounced (desperate, didn't want to wait any longer for a lawyer to call me). I was greeted by her paralegal / admin? This review is really for her actually. She was so inviting, didn't stop me because I didn't have an appointment. She walked me to this very beautiful, comfortable room with so many books, gorgeous home-like feeling. Sense of safety and belonging. She listened to everything I had to say, sympathized and without false agreement, gave her honest opinion, saw our side (the stalker was totally out of line) shared some history with a similar issue which made me feel more comfortable speaking with someone who had gone through a similar situation. Unfortunately, Stephanie does not handle Restraining Orders BUT, she referred us to Adrienne Dell (please see her reviews) who saved us. I was told they both went to school together and are equally impressive. I am beyond grateful for Stephanie, Stephanie's Admin/Paralegal and Adrienne. Somehow it all worked out and came together. Their school should be proud of such wonderful humans. I hope she sees this and knows how much of an impact our short meeting had on me. Her referral saved my daughter.
