I had initially heard about Lisa Bryant from a friend who she had helped a couple of years ago. My friend was very impressed with Lisa herself as well as her work. I began to have some serious issues with my elderly father's health. Being a retired Police Detective, I'm skeptical by nature. I contacted Lisa and Sara for a short consultation. Mr. Dal Bon developed a very sound strategy, from a direct negotiation with the company in order to recover back wages that they owed, all the way to the presenting the claim to the Labor Commissioner, and eventually, to go to the court (as a potential culmination of the entire process). He carefully reviewed all factual information and calculated the claim amount that included not only unpaid wages but also overtime wages and waiting time penalties for failure to receive final wages timely upon separation of employment. Thanks to the developed strategy and presenting the entire case to the Labor Commissioner, the hi-tech private company in question approached Mr. Dal Bon and proposed an acceptable settlement. The timeline of the entire process was shorter that originally outlined by Mr. Dal Bon. A big contribution to shortening the timeline was exemplary responsiveness of the Mr. Dal Bon's Law Offices when handling the matter in different stages of the entire process.
