I cannot put in words how grateful and indebted I am to Jim. He has had a tremendous impact on my life, but more importantly, on my son's life. I can unequivocally say that my son will develop much more positively from a social and emotional perspective because of Jim. I was in an extremely difficult custody dispute. There was risk that I would essentially have visitation rights. Instead, I have 50% custody. Because of Jim's guidance and work, my son will have consistent, quality time with his father. Jim will have you very well prepared for any path your case goes down. Because I was so well prepared, I was able to avoid litigation. We were in such a strong place that opposing counsel knew litigation was not a good route for them. Jim is a phenomenal lawyer; there is zero doubt about that. More importantly, Jim is just a good person that genuinely wants the best for his clients regardless of what that means from a legal process perspective.

I have been blessed to work with Jim over many years and have found him to be abundantly compassionate, understanding but always practical. I wanted someone who would listen to me and could guide me through the process. A friend of mine had James as her divorce attorney and was extremely satisfied with him and the outcome of her divorce.
