I was introduced to Jimin through a friend after we had a bumper accident on a highway. Jimin came to us directly and very clearly explained the whole process, as well as the fee structure, what is expected of her and of us. She guided us throughout the several months of the lawsuit process and was always quick to respond to our calls/texts. She was professional and caring during every interaction, which made this convoluted process very stress-free. This review is long overdue for Jimin! A few months ago, I got in a big car accident on the freeway while I had two other passengers with me. My car ended up being totaled and my passengers and I suffered major back pains following the accident. Not only was Jimin able to take on my case on short notice, she handled my two friends' cases as well. Since it was my first time having a personal injury lawyer, I was extremely nervous. The idea of lawyers can usually be sort of intimidating. However, Jimin was very patient and informative when explaining the process to us step-by-step. She referred us to a wonderful chiropractor who has greatly improved our back and neck pains. Jimin was also very kind and constantly checked in on us to see how we were doing, along with giving us consistent updates about the case. Her warm and friendly personality made her easy to work with, and shows that she really cares about connecting with her clients on a personable level. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Jimin regarding your personal injury case!
