I was injured in a car accident & after having no luck getting threw to the other persons insurance company, my insurance company not being any help either, months of nothing, I reached out for their help. Their team is amazing, very professional & friendly. They put me at ease in a very uncomfortable situation for me. They where very flexible & understanding with my schedule of working 3 Jobs & made all appointments convenient for me. My first meeting with them they actually came to me at one of my jobs during my lunch break. They where always communicating with me & honesty made me feel like I was top priority. I'm so very glad I went with them, not only did they get threw to the insurance company, they got me a rent a car in the mean time, the insurance company wanted to settle & I'm very glad I took the advice of my Attorney & didn't, because we won my case & I was compensated very nicely in the end. I didn't pay anything out of pocket, the fee's came out of the settlement. I was/am so Impressed with everything about them.

My divorce has been my first significant experience relying on a lawyer. I guess success brings out the vultures, so I should be happy in a way. The case is still ongoing, so I can’t go into details, but I feel really good coming off an unexpected big win in court. What I really appreciate is Lou’s willingness to work with me on my budget. My ex slapped some pretty hefty charges on me in the beginning, with enough truth mixed in to make it initially believable and put me at a big disadvantage. This started me out in a large deficit, and the costs started stacking up. Due to costs, I switched to self-representation and consulted with Lou for a few months, and he helped me without complaint . After several months of self-representation (no court appearances) it was obvious that I was going to need his representation again for an upcoming appearance, when my ex levied more sham claims. I retained Lou on short notice, and without complaint, he devoted more time to my case than I would have expected, and was able to successfully argue in court most of my positions. The appearance was what I would call a total win. Things aren’t exactly where I want them yet, but they are the best that can be expected, and Lou has set the stage for a clean sweep (I won’t hold him to that) if things go right with the follow on process. I appreciate the time Kayleigh and Lou have both devoted to my case. They’re great allies to have in your corner if you find yourself staring down the barrel of a gun held by a vengeful adversary.

Phong is an amazing attorney. I had a very difficult case. When I spoke with him for the first time we were behind the ball on custody, child support and asset division. My ex retained a top SF firm which bullied my previous attorney to basically quitting the case. Not many other attorneys wanted to go up against the fire power my Ex’s attorney had. Phong’s firm came in and reversed a years of damage done by my prior attorney. And made THEM quit the case. We ended up winning across the board on every issue. Custody. Child support at $0. Asset division went completely my way. It really came down to him believing that I was truthful and creating a great strategy which we followed from day one. At the end of the day, I recommended Phong to all friends who ever got into a bad situation and he delivered. If you want an attorney who knows the law and can create a great strategy for your case. Look no further. I interviewed a dozen + top attorneys before I settled on Phong. And his fees were much more reasonable so it was a win-win.

If you're reviewing this, it's because you're in need of an attorney. This is a review in follow up to one I did last year! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Believe me, I had the most screwed up case of all time. Phong is by far the BEST attorney in the state. He took on my case when it was at its worst and completely did a 180 on it. After 2 years of crazy litigation and a 6-day long custody trial that stretched over 6 months, I have won my case in full! Phong was able to break down all the lies, the BS and keep a cool head for me. He is so knowledgeable and will fight a fight with you. He took on several different attorneys and won all along the way. He is honest and up front with you. Cut through the BS and get straight to the point kind of guy. His team at the office are also so knowledgeable, kind and have amazing service! I cannot say enough. He has helped save my daughter! He was me and my daughter's voice in a situation where no other were listening. He saw the truth of my situation and was amazing at relying all the evidence and information to our Judge. Today is 2020’s Thanksgiving Day and I have chosen to write this commentary today in the hope that those in need can see it. I think I am really lucky to find Joanne Zhou as my lawyer. Because of my ex-husband's financial control, I had no money when I found her, and she decided to take over the case without receiving any payment from me. And she did everything she could to help me get whatever was best for me. She also constantly encouraged me to be brave and strong, and gave me the confidence to believe I can have a good life. With her help, I went through the most desperate days. I'm not done with my case yet, but I feel like I've been reborn in the process, and I couldn't have done it without her, without the cooperation of the team of The Zhou law Group. Every thing is done so quickly and I all I need to do is to provide the paperwork needed for my case. If you are going through a difficult moment in your marital life like me then you want to have someone who can help you solve the problem and not to become one more problem. The other plus about The Zhou Law Group is that they can speak both Chinese and English which makes understanding legal terms easier for me.
