Had an amazing experience with Stephanie's guidance. Was facing a complicated situation regarding a 2 DUI's. Needless to say everything worked out for the best and that could not have asked for a better lawyer. Absolutely incredible. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of legal guidance.

Stephanie is the lawyer to bring you the best possible outcome and a person to help you to pass this difficult time. She tells you the reality but tries and works hard and spends time to get the best result. It's very important to have a lawyer that spends time for you and your case and she does! She responds to questions in a reasonable time but she comes for help right away if there are urgent issues. I'm extremely happy with all she did for me and will remember her name and help for rest of my life. 2018, Brother In Law gets himself into trouble with possession and evading police in San Jose. A year goes by, he and my wife check on case at Sheriffs Office who informs them no warrant and no charges thus far. 2020, he’s pulled over by CHP in another county, lo and behold Santa Clara County has outstanding warrant for this case and he’s given a new court date. Panicked by this, I reach out to my old High School friend Stephanie and asked for her assistance. Professionally, she got all the information provided by us, brought it to Court where the warrant was dismissed. Whew. Case was not though. Stephanie’s years of experience guided our family through this personal ordeal with my brother in law. He sought help with facilities to deal with his abuse, while Stephanie handled the legal side. She was able to get Court Diversion, while brother in law improved his life and outlook in a most positive manner. 6 months later, Stephanie informed us the case was dismissed! I am so grateful to have met Shawn Leuthold, not only is he a highly effective and intelligent business attorney who can handle complex negotiations, but he is one of the most decent and honest people I have ever met. I was in the position of ending a decades long marriage with a long separation, and as the wife of a company owner who had plenty of legal and consulting assistance, I felt rather helpless. At the same time, I was not after an acrimonious divorce, which I seemed headed for with most of the attorneys I interviewed. Shawn guided me through an extremely complex dissolution involving not only the unforeseen purchase of the company with international obligations and complex taxes, but also the heart wrenching and sudden sale of the family home due to loans and outstanding company debts. He also oversaw the equitable division of company stock and resulting future payouts. Shawn defended both my interests and indirectly, my husband's interests, during the contentious acquisition and he successfully and calmly navigated a disagreement with a Korean company that was about to go wrong, while always having my back.
