Always impressed with my interactions with everyone at Aeschleman Law. They are kind, caring and practical minded and they provide a great team approach to handling the demands of their clients and cases. The attorneys (Nicole, Mike, Robert and Katie) are knowledgeable and thorough in their work and are always sure to examine all possible scenarios and are very well prepared for whatever comes their way and able to pivot when necessary. Nicole is particularly good at thinking outside the box and I have also found her to be mindful of the fees clients incur in their cases, she is considerate and resourceful in that regard. For example, when appropriate she has one of the paralegals (The Wendys) step in and assist the attorneys at their lower billing rate - that often saves clients significant amounts in fees. It’s clearly a priority for them that their clients to feel protected and well looked after in both the legal aspects of their case and in day-to-day communications with support staff - The Wendys are great and always available and helpful. Being in a situation of needing to hire a family law attorney is no fun, so it sure makes such a difference when going through unfortunate and difficult times to have a strong team on your side!

Nicole was such a blessing for me. I had no idea where, how to start or what to expect. Not only did her experience shine for me but she was very empathetic which for me is just as important as her experience. My divorce was tricky because my ex-husband was from another country, and he returned before the divorce could be completed. Nicole and her entire crew helped me navigate both the Hague Convention and the pandemic, which shut everything down, with patience and understanding. Michael and Guadalupe were particularly communicative with everything I needed to do/know in order to get the divorce finalized. They made everything as simple as possible under the circumstances, and my divorce was finally complete! I'm so glad that I found the Aeschleman firm.

I have gone through two court cases with Nicole. Both were child custody. Both times she was attentive and accommodating. She adapted to my wishes and concerns and did the beat she could with a difficult situation. If there is a third time (I really hope there isn’t) I will use her again.

Unfortunately, Nicole scrambled at the last minute to prepare for my big day. I showed up to court, and she failed to submit my statement on time for the judge to go over our case. Even OC from a different county submitted the week before. Then she told me after the botched court date all her revelations, which was not helpful at all after the fact. After an embarrassing train wreck of a court date, I switched to a new lawyer who was able to settle my case swiftly, empathetically, professionally - without having to go back to court. Literally, achieved nothing with Nicole except for negatively impacting my case. It's a shame that I threw away so much money that could have gone towards my kid when we could have settled out of court.

Nicole Aeschleman is one of the most dedicated and fair attorneys I know. Aeschleman Law is a very good law firm. They got me 50/50 custody and a fair time share with my son. Her team is very experienced at what they do. Nicole is very smart at Family law. I just want to start of by saying thank you to Nicole and Malinda for everything they have done for me and my case. Everyone knows that it's never a good situation when you have to turn to an attorney for resolution to a matter. As if the situation itself isn't hard enough, the last thing someone wants to do in a time of grief, is worry about who they can trust to represent them. I don't really do the whole internet review thing, but in this case I feel it is necessary. I was going through a rough family court issue involving my son. I didn't know exactly what to do or how to start the process, so after much research and consideration, I gave The offices of Nicole Aeschleman a call. The phone was answered by Malinda, she was very sweet, pleasant, and professional, as she asked me to explain as best I could, the situation at hand. For the first time I felt like I had a voice. Malinda really listened intently and asked detailed questions that reassured me she understood where I was coming from. After the conversation I scheduled a time to meet with Nicole. I still cannot believe the comfort and ease of the conversation and how pleasant the start of this process was. Fast forward to my scheduled appointment. I was warmly greeted by Malinda at the front desk, and immediately brought to the back to Nicole's office. Nicole was very kind and welcoming as she listened to my story. From that point on, she offered great legal insight and guided me in the direction I needed to go.
