I'm opening with the statement: INCREDIBLE service, attention to detail, and follow up! I sustained injuries in a car accident where the other driver was at fault, and for the first time in my life I realized that I was going to need more than my own auto insurance company's assistance. Fortunately for me, I was referred to the team at GJEL Accident Attorneys as a starting point, and I didn't need to seek any other guidance after that. I completed a very quick and efficient phone call to explain my circumstances to the firm, and before I could blink I had received an email with clear and simple steps to take to begin the process. I was treated with kindness and compassion during a time when I had a lot of worries about the accident. They made me feel so at ease by advising that they would essentially take over all of the difficult correspondence that was already starting - whether it was my insurance company, the other driver's insurance company, hospital bill inquiries, etc, they handled it all immediately. I was informed and advised at every step down the path to settlement, and their timeliness along the way was so impressive that it made me feel that somehow I was their only client. I wholeheartedly recommend GJEL Accident Attorneys should the need arise, as the entire team had incredible industry knowledge, and they were punctual and professional at every step.

Do not go here. I’m giving them zero stars to them because I ended up terminating them and doing everything myself. My divorce was going to be default case because the other party didn’t respond in time after being served but attorney took too long to move forward and the other party ended up responding. Attorney had to cancel my original court date because of another court case. Then my attorney gets changed because the attorney left the firm. When I finally decided to handle everything myself, it took over 1 month receive my deposit back. I did everything myself and finished it in 4 months.

These guys are fantastic. I had a complicated case in which others didn’t want to take however Nguyen and limón took me in and treated me as family. They are very professional and create the strongest case for whatever may be and build a personal relationship to get to know you better. Without these guys, I would’ve been lost in the legal process. I highly recommend, fast response time, very serious, and very helpful :)

Mr. Bray (Bernie) handled a recent semi-complex criminal matter with ease. Experience matters, and Bernie has 3 decades of it and also a great working relationship with the local (Santa Clara County) DA's office. Case settled within 4 months.

If I could I would rate this guy a 0 star . Please do not go to him for your court matters . This guy is very rude & unprofessional with the way he handle cases . I've have dealt with another lawyer this is the only way I know unfortunately my old lawyer is retired . I have a pending case on something I feel like I'm totally innocent for but I'm not saying I wasn't wrong at all. He wouldn't even let me talk or hear me out, my mom & I hired him with our hard earn money & he was causing more problems for me with my case . He would talk about random things and not stay on subjects . He calls me with no good news and every time he call or try to talk to me he was tryna agitate me knowing I'm already very much stressed out with what's going on. We paid him full and even then after payments he never give me any hope as a lawyer or make me feel secure about my case in any way. I can go on forever about how bad his service was, his office is messy and stinks . DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER, he will tryna milk you and your family. He literally walk off on me during my court hearing telling me he won't handle my case and come back in causing a very unprofessional scene right in front of the whole court room. You'd rather just do good and go to the DA than hiring this lawyer. Save yourself some time and consult with other lawyers. Worse experience I ever encounter !! NOTED : my life and career is on the line with this whole case and he was playing .... So please think twice with hiring him I'm just tryna spread this out so it will help the next person. Phong Nguyen and his team were incredibly responsive; I recommend to anyone looking to draft (or review) their prenuptial agreement to call here first. The prenup covered details I hadn't even considered, and I was further impressed by the prompt email correspondence in the late evenings (incl. weekends + holidays) to follow-up on all of my questions / revision requests. You'll be billed for each interaction, so I suggest fully aligning with your partner - but just know you're paying for excellence.
