Tristan was not only very engaged with understanding my problem but also my emotions toward this case and he took into account the urgency of time constraints that I needed. The result of his hard work allowed me to succeed in getting the result I was looking to achieve. I would highly recommend Tristan!

Tristan Aeschleman helped me with my annulment, which I understand is not extremely common in Santa Clara County. He was able to hire a private judge and court reporter (per my request and I understood the added expense ahead of time). The team was great at keeping me informed throughout the process and sticking with our initial timeline for resolution. Leading up to our court date, he walked me through the process of the annulment hearing, which game me a greater understanding and sense of ease once I had to give my testimony. I would recommend this office because Tristan was understanding to my case and was able to tailor a plan very specific to my concerns/needs.

Very happy with the way my case was handled. Not only was it handled as rapidly as possible, it was also handled with care. I felt like Triston looked out for my best interests and made sure I was well informed through the process. Also he was easy to contact at all times. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer to handle my divorce.

I worked with Tristan in a one hour consultation. His worked exceeded my expectations in every way. I was at the end of my divorce paperwork and I just could not figure out the final details. I had already submitted everything for the final judgement once, but it was sent back to me. Tristan problem solved the issues and completed the forms that were still needed. I sent it all in to the court and everything was finalized.

They say it takes village to raise a family, Well I would consider Tristan apart of my "village." If it wasn't for Tristan I would still be a in the USA vrs living in my own country with my minor daughter. Due to Tristan negotiations skills and drive I was able to leave the USA after one month of Seperation. Generally this it unheard of, but due to Tristan's skills/knowledge/ability he was able to negotiate a deal. The day of the judgement I had to return the family car as part of the "deal;" right after court. So that meant no way to get home but Tristan being the gentleman he is, offered me ride home and stood by me with his sleeves rolled up yanking out a difficult car seat and helping me take out my personal belongings that were in my car. I was so grateful for the kind gesture. A few weeks later I was on a plane with my daughter going home. There is no words to describe the feeling of being home in ones own country, surrounded by family, and friends, who are supporting me through a divorce. If you take the tile of "Lawyer" away and just look at the man, his character as a person is one of kindness, strength, determination, loyalty, and a strong desire to stand for social justice. When choosing a lawyer you need a person with these personality traits, and Tristan is the man you want for the job. Also Tristan has a excellent understanding of dealing with international laws, and the legal ramifications when trying to return to your country with minor children. Divorce is costly, financially, emotionally, spiritually and you need a Lawyer is who compassionate, who will advocate, defend, listen, and Tristen is gentleman you want. I will always remember Tristan as part in my personal journey to starting a new chapter, and a big Thank-you is in order. So Tristan, Thank-you!! I know without a shadow of doubt you will continue much success In your personal and career life. Hi my name is Laura I have never been in need for a lawyer until I remarried. I had no idea how a lawsuit would really effect my life. Scott, my husband and I chose Tristan, and honestly best choice I ever made. It wasn't the fact that he was thorough and very patient with me, or the fact that I always could reach him, or that he is probably one of the brightest Men I've ever worked with. He is all these things and more, but for me I felt like I was never bothering him. He took his time and I know I must have irritated him a lot. Tristan is just a kind Man and truly cared about Scott and I.
