Very happy I called Nick. He couldn't personally help me but spent a lot of time on the phone with me and gave me a great recommendation for a tax attorney who can help me on the state side (not federal, as is Nick's expertise). Whenever I need federal tax help, I'll definitely go back to Nick.

I consulted with Nick. Many lawyers try to run up the clock. Nick answers questions straightforwardly, doesn't try to over bill. He's very clear on what needs to be done. Highly recommend! 2 thumbs up!
