I scheduled a consultation with Hasan and had a video conference with him. Hasan is a very thorough attorney and what I liked about his approach is that rather than providing a vague possible solution, he is open and very specific from the beginning of what could be done and leaves it as a choice to you whether to come to his firm to actually do it. He didn't pressure me, which is a very professional approach, he wasn't trying to sell. I would like to thank all his administrative staff. They are very responsive and organized.

Hasan Abdullah has been involved with my aunt's green card application for a little over two years. His firm was very diligent with all applications and require documents. When the documents were uploaded to the site, they were all accepted. Then we hit COVID and immigration stop by previous administration and Hasan's firm was there for two years handing issues, communicating with the immigration office and embassy and trying to get the process back on track. Hasan was really able to help my family in one of of the daring circumstances. With his advice and expertise we were able to get an H4 approval which otherwise might have gone entirely wrong. My dependents were overlooking a 10 year ban having got the original H4 application rejected and not able to travel outside US because of travel ban .Hasan was able to guide us correctly at each point and making sure we have every chance to succeed with the application

Hasan was very professional and completed all necessary forms for our application. Even though our case was a bit complicated, Hasan gave us reassurances we could get it past the finish line. There was an RFE related to some missing material from our end, but Hasan's firm requested it from us and then drafted a response letter that handled it very expertly at no extra charge. Hasan provided timely answers to all our questions throughout the process, and gave advice related to what material should be prepared and brought to the interview. Hasan handled my greencard application, he has been helpful during the entire process, assisted me to prepare documents, RFE, and interviews during the long and stressful process. He has been very responsive, I have raised numerous questions during the last 2-3 years and he has always been able to get back to me within 24 hours.

I have worked with them and they are very helpful. I highly recommend them because 1) Attorney Hasan Abdullah and his team are very knowledgable and expert; 2) their services are cost effective compared to others; 3) all the staff are nice and well behaved. My friends and I have had many consultations with them for employment based green card (EB1, NIW, EB3, etc.). Let me give you one example: for an EB1 case, we consulted with him to see how to respond to the RFE. It was really hard to address all the requirements. Using Hasan's advice, we prepared the response to RFE. Then, he reviewed the response and gave us comments. We addressed all comments and submitted the response to the RFE. Case was approved! For the same case, we paid a lot of money to other attorneys. They not only did not give us good advice but also kept saying it was almost impossible to get approved or, they would charge us a lot more to prepare the response. I suggest that you try them once. I couldn't stop using their services.

Hi is the best immigration lawyer in California. He managed my U Visa case 5 years ago, and when it was time for m AOS, he make the process very easy, and he make sure that everything was accurate and on time. The whole staff are very friendly and helpful, I was always in contact through email getting an answer in a couple of hours even after office hours that it was surprising for me because I wasn't expecting an answer after office hours.
