I don't think I can put into words how happy and grateful I am to Hasan and his team! I had a difficult case, and I thought I would never be able to get a green card. I was desperate and scared. Hasan has been absolutely amazing during the whole process. He was honest, very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. He was always 1 call or email away, and unlike other lawyers, has never been "too busy" for me. I was really worried during the whole process and Hasan always , again always, had time to talk to me if I had questions or concerns. I have received my green card today and I have to tell you I couldn't have wished for a better lawyer! I know Hasan for a quiet a while, I even say I know him in his early time of practices. He had to split from his previous law firm, I requested my case to be transferred with him, so you know how good he is. Hasan will not take your case right away, which is one his qualities. He is not into money perhaps he is more into success and services. He is very patient, listening, polite and very direct for your benefit. He always treats me like a brother, but when it comes to law, he is the boss and there is no negotiations. He is always focus on helping you, he will reach out to you responsibly day or night. I can comfortably say that I can move on with my life if Hasan taking care of my case. Hasan has large network, very knowledgeable and knows how to get information to serve you better. Those are extremely important qualities to have in your representative. I didn't have to spend much time worrying about my immigration matters. I wanted to transfer my H1 to a small company plus I wanted a part time H1, which made my situation and case bit more complicated especially in context of economic circumstances. My lawyer listened to my situation patiently, I was satisfied that he had concern for me.
