Apparently I spoke too soon. Janet made me believe that my case had merit. After being schooled in court on the laws by the mothers counsel and the judge. Not only has my life been turned further upside down with Janet admitting her mistakes, Unfortunately she didn't feel that any compensation or monies for her representation should be returned.

I retained Janet after a bitter 5 year child custody battle. After expending thousands of dollars on other attorneys and basically getting no where I truly felt that the courts and the legal system let me and my son down. Janet Syphers is a no nonsenses professional that did not, and has not led me to believe that what I felt was not only fair to me and my son, but also realistic in the eyes of the courts.
