Cheryl is absolutely the best! Her very presence in the courtroom demands everyone's respect as her reputation proceeds her. Worth every dollar spent to get us through our ugly probate case. Her experience in elder care and abuse cases is second to none! (We saw the potential worst from the opposing counsel!)

In late 2013 I was forced to go to Court to get conservatorship of my 71yo aunt (by then a widow; she never had children) who had advanced Alzheimer’s disease. After a somewhat contentious battle, my aunt consented to a voluntary conservatorship and chose me to be her Conservartor. Cheryl quickly helped to assemble a team which included a respected gerontologist nurse and we were able to move my aunt into a safe and comfortable Assisted Living facility in San Diego where she lived until she passed away in 2019. Due to her illness and cognitive decline the Court would not allow us to make a Will or Trust for my aunt so we went through the arduous process of Probate. Cheryl and her associate Taylor Hill expertly maneuvered the Court system to close the conservatorship and guided me through the probate process. When COVID19 shut down the Courts, Cheryl worked with me to continue the probate process and keep everything on track. Once the Court reopened she worked her magic, recommended using a retired judge to bypass the backlogged Court, and probate was successfully concluded within weeks. I sincerely recommend Cheryl Walsh Senior Law to anyone dealing with aged loved ones. Through personal tragedy and global pandemic, Cheryl Walsh consistently demonstrated an expert knowledge of senior law and the Court system. Helpful with references for my mother's elder care in her home. Provided information on options as her care needs increased over time. Encouraged action to ensure that my mother would have funds for her care when she could no longer stay in her home. Expert representation regarding a difficult settlement with my mother's estate. For the most part excellent communication however a more clear explanation of legal versus statutory fees provided in lay terms would have been helpful to me.

I hired Cheryl Walsh to represent me in a delicate legal issue I was dealing with as the Trustee for a close family member's Trust. Court hearings and trials never have a certain outcome; however Ms. Walsh’s competitive nature, along with her analytical ability are only some of her assets. For every negative thrown at her, I would have expected a rebuttal tossed back, but to my amazement, she not only countered them with that, but led the conversation down a predetermined path, leading them where she wanted.
