Michael Cefali is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He assured me that I'd win my case and not effect anyone in the process, which I did! :D He would also answer all my questions through text very swiftly (as well as in person) and was overall a great attorney. I had a car accident last year and I was looking for many lawyers, because my situation was uncertain, a drunk woman hit my car and caused a lot of damage, all the lawyers I contacted told me that if the other person involved did not have car insurance, they couldn't take the case, even if the other person was at fault, I came to Cefali and Cefali on the recommendation of a friend and they immediately took my case, even without knowing if the other person had car insurance, they said there were many ways to solve my case and make the other person responsible paying for the damage, it gave me a lot of peace and they were the only ones who did not discard my case right away just because the insurance issue, we started working together and It took a few months for everything to be resolved, but I had to be patient because these cases take time. They were always very kind to me, they answered me every question, English is not my first language, so they assigned a person who spoke Spanish to help me. translate things when necessary, my case was currently closed and I received a very good compensation for the damages caused, I am very happy with what I obtained and I highly recommend this law firm, thank you very much for everything.

For someone who had not 1 but 2 accidents back to back in 2021 and 2022. They have helped me in both my cases to insure the people responsible for these incidents are held accountable and do there's absolute best in helping with my recovery and winning my cases in both accidents. Very reliable and very hard working to help with my case in both incidents I had in the past

Worse off than when I started. Hired their firm to help. Not only did they fail to communicate - but they were supposed to help with pre settlement funding and fell flat on that promise. Made one call to schedule an appointment with an orthopedic Dr that I found. They didn't' put the bill on a lien and now I am stuck with another bill for an accident that was not fault. This attorney had an obligation to communicate with me properly, which they failed to do. After the Shenanigans of this attorney and his office, I now have to search for a new attorney. Once that contract was signed, they became completely different people. Now their firm is trying to rip me off for a week's worth of work. My one star review is 100 percent accurate. You can tell from the owners response, it is a money grab. He worked for me for less than a week. The only phone calls were to pre lien companies for a loan he assured me I could get and FAILED at that promise. Even with the company he was sure would help. And according to the Dr I saw, Mr Cefali did not go through the lien process when contacting the doctor for an appointment. I am now stuck with the bill and an angry doctor My next complaint is going to be to the Bar association, if Mr. Cefali continued on his quest against me and any money from the insurance company. .

Mike and his team were. Amazing!!! They help me a lot my can car accident. He do the most he can to help me and went I call him to ask him something he always was there thank you so much for all you help I was blessing to have him like a lawyer.. Highly recommend 😊
