As a result of being struck by a drunk driver, we contacted Mike because of the complexity of the whole recovery process. Mike was very thorough, including sending an appraiser to my home to determine loss of resale value on my truck. This was needed because of the extensive property damage to the truck. As we were struck by 2 vehicles (the drunk driver and an 18 wheeler who scraped my truck after the initial collision), Mike professionally dealt with (2) insurance companies, fought for recovery of our losses, and always kept us informed of his progress. Mike spent a year dealing with insurance companies and medical providers to ensure that all expenses were paid.
