This review is long overdue and for that I must apologize. As I was outside the country, residing in Canada, I needed someone reliable and personable. Mr. Reagan was both. Mr. Reagan was by far the most reasonable in terms of fees, working outside of normal business hours and going above and beyond to get my paperwork thru in a timely, professional manner. He answered emails efficiently and without delay, allowed me to pay in 2 installments, and completed my expungement before the due date! Polite, courteous, reasonable and professional. Mr Reagan handle my court isuses in such a professional manner and had his briefs prepared so well that the Judge in Superior Court of Alameda County gave him kudos in "open court " That was the first time I have ever seen or heard of that happening. It made me very proud to be his client.
