“I hired Brian Buckley for my case after being hit by a motorcycle whose driver was under the influence of narcotics. I ended up serving 16 months in prison, and only later discovered that the CHP report clearly stated the motorcycle driver was at fault for making an illegal merge. This lawyer never disclosed that critical information to me, which could have completely changed the outcome of my case. He was unethical, unprofessional, and the worst lawyer I could have imagined.
