The service fee is not cheap, but it is fair and predictable - no surprises and well worth it. As a result, all goals were achieved! I highly recommend this lawyer! Trace Milan has been a fantastic lawyer for us. After initially hiring someone in the North County who didn’t seem to have a clue where to start, we found Trace Milan on line. We were faced with a DUI that should never have gone up. Trace worked diligently to get a trial on the dubiousness of administering the breathalyzer. We won. My case was eventually reduced to a wet-and-reckless, which I agreed to, to avoid the expense and hassle of a jury trial. I believe Trace would have won a trial also. Then after a certain amount of time passed, Trace petitioned to have my probation reduced. And he won that. Trace knows the ins and outs of working these cases, and offered valuable advice pertaining to DMV and insurance issues. Something my first lawyer knew nothing of. Trace Milan has been mindful, conscientious, timely, professional, and was fairly priced. Although I don’t plan on seeing him again, I would recommend his services to anyone who might have the need.

I hired Trace to fight my domestic violence case. An eye witness reported to the police that I had punched my girlfriend in the face and dragged her on her knees (on the concrete) by her hair. I tried to explain to the prosecutor what actually happened but they would not listen to me. Trace heard me out and stood by me. It took several months but in the end he got the domestic violence charge dropped and I didn't have to go to jail. He was also able to persuade the Judge not issue a restraining order that would have kicked me out of my own house. He explained the case to me, he answered my questions, he took payments and even worked with me when I was late on my payments. He is easy to talk to and he always treated me like a person not a criminal. I would recommend Trace to anyone considering hiring a criminal defense attorney.
