Having never been in a situation like the one I was in, I was distraught and didn’t know where to turn. From my first call to their office to the moment I entered the lobby for our first meeting, I felt respected by and important to everyone I encountered. Mr. James McKiernan and Mr. Robert Bell generously volunteered their time and effort to getting me off on the right path toward a plan for achieving only positive results. Most importantly, they helped put my mind at ease and for that I will recommend them to everyone in need of their services.

I loved dealing with James McKiernan

Great experience with this firm. We experienced a rough time when I was randomly hit head on with a trailer tire head on by an out of country driver. Celesta represented us and did a great job getting us results and informing through out the process. We don't live in slo county anymore but will still as them for legal assistance if we ever need it.

Not only was James Mckiernan lawyers fully transparent with me but they also went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly what I needed and deserved in a way that wasnt condescending or rude. In fact my lawyer Caleb talked to me directly about what was going on constantly and talked to me like a person which is something I've felt is lacking with other lawyers I had to deal with. The real icing on the cake for me though was that when I needed to relocate to a different state it wasnt a hassle or even a big deal that i needed to have my paperwork mailed to an all new address. I can not recommend them enough.
