I slipped and broke my left arm last December. Because of the nature of the incident, I felt that I needed representation; and I tried calling a few firms, who stated they were busy, or they wouldn't take my case. Luckily, one firm referred me to James McKiernan, and I thank God that they did. Rightaway, they took my call, listened to every word, and took me on as a client. Throughout my bi-monthly doctor, and numerous physical therapy visits, I never felt rushed from a legal aspect. In fact, James McKiernan's team of Lawyers and staff allowed me the time to heal; all the while, they definitely were working on my case. After tripping on a damaged sidewalk, I broke my knee and hand. I wasn't sure that my accident was even a case, so I procrastinated about calling an attorney. (I don't recommend this.)
