My mom and I hired Ms. Skay about a year ago to update Mom's living trust, as Dad had passed away five years ago. Ms. Skay and her staff had already adapted to the pandemic and took the necessary precautions for us to meet in her office. Her work was thorough, and she explained everything in detail, walking both Mom and I through the process. The trust included power of attorney as well as a detailed questionnaire to determine Mom's wishes for medical treatment at the end of her life. I'm so glad we went to her and had everything set up, as only a few months later, Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimers, and I had to begin making decisions for her. This past May, we decided to move to Mom's hometown in Kansas. Thanks to the excellent work Ms. Skay and her staff had done, I was able to handle the selling of Mom's home in California and the purchase of the house in Kansas, all through her living trust and with her power of attorney. The title company staff member in Kansas said that in fifteen years, she'd never had an out of state trust or power of attorney that had been so well written, they could put the purchase through without having to add or change anything. Even the underwriters were pleased. I even had to call the office and beg for an electronic copy of the trust and PoA, as the hard copy had been packed in one of forty boxes. The paralegal had it sent to my inbox in ten minutes. Wonderful work, excellent communication, and a very likable staff.

After being denied twice I hired dan, that was the best decision I could have made. He coached me through the process, and we won.

I may not be as articulate as other reviewers, so I'll just say "THIS GUY IS GREAT" !! Because of my mistrust in "the System", I knew that I was severly disabled but I was convinced that I would'nt get SSDI at all. Boy was I wrong !! Dan is a brilliant professional! He kept me advised all along the way and his confidence and professionalism was of great comfort to me. ---THANK YOU DAN !!
