Mr. Hinze was so helpful in getting my bankruptcy together and filed. He gave me really good advice and had user friendly tools so I could handle all that was involved with the bankruptcy. He made a hard process all the more easy and understood that it was a tough step to take.

My bank account became $0 due to a garnishment from an out of state collection agency. I was referred to Mr. Hinze. He returned my call very quickly and spent sometime on the phone explaining to me... I made an appointment to meet him in his law firm and hired him to work on my case. Today the collection agency released my money. The whole process working with Mr. Hinze was very pleasant. He returned calls or emails very timely and explained everything as clearly as possible. His charge is very reasonable and I know he spent more time on my case. I owe him more. I highly recommend him!
