When our daughter was involved in an accident while driving her two younger brothers home from school, we thought it would be a straight forward claim to the other party's insurance since it was clearly their fault and witnessed by a police officer! When this second car accident happened to me, there wasn't a doubt in my mind on which attorney to call.
